Our services are intended for business owners, operators, and authorized representatives who want to create and manage promotions. You represent that you have authority to act on behalf of the business you submit.

 

2. Beta / Founding Access

 

Some features may be offered as “beta” or “founding” access. That means:

  • Features may change, move, or be removed

  • Availability, pricing, and limits may change

  • We may pause or end beta access at any time

 

3. Promotions & Redemption Responsibility

 

If you create or advertise a promotion through our platform:

  • You (the business) are responsible for the accuracy of your offer, terms, and redemption.

  • You agree to honor promotions as described, subject to any stated limits (timing, quantity, eligibility).

  • Verve provides tools to publish and distribute promotions but is not responsible for a business’s refusal to honor an offer or for customer disputes.

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Publish misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive offers

  • Violate laws or third-party rights (including trademarks/copyrights)

  • Attempt to interfere with platform operation, security, or other users

  • Upload malicious code or misuse any user data you access

We may remove content or suspend accounts if we believe you violate these Terms.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All platform software, designs, branding, and content provided by Verve are owned by Verve or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials without permission.

 

6. Links & Third-Party Services

 

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment, infrastructure). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

 

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific results (including revenue, foot traffic, or ROI).

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, arising from your use of the services.

 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to defend and indemnify Verve from claims arising out of:

  • Promotions you publish

  • Your business practices or redemption policies

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

 

10. Termination

 

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the platform.

 

11. Governing Law
