My Story
Hey – I'm Charlie.
I've spent most of my life around computers, iPhones, and the kind of sci-fi and games that make you wonder, "why can't the real world feel like this?" That question is what led to Verve Reality.

I studied Economics at the University of Wisconsin because I'm fascinated by incentives – what actually makes people show up, choose something, and come back. And with nearly ten years in customer service, I'm wired to care about the details: the experience, the follow-through, and treating people right.
I built ProMode™ because I want great places to stand out – starting with local businesses, and building something that can scale to multi-location brands as the ROI proves itself. ​ Whether you run one shop or fifty locations, the goal is the same: measurable visits.
